I will for sure. It takes me back to my old RP days when I used to be on old forums when I was like, 13 haha I think its just the look and feel. I'm just not sure how the whole... get scouted for artwork thing goes haha

Basically just keep doing what you do and eventually you'll probably get an invite to the main portal. :) There's no restrictions either way. No maximum amount of uploads, virtually no limits on filesizes or dimensions either... it's just two different levels of exposure between unscouted/scouted.

Welcome to the site. If you plan on uploading art to the site, I'd recomend uploading 4 separate pieces of art that you are happy with so that you can get scouted. Read more here: https://ornery.newgrounds.com/news/post/388624
If you want the TL:DR, Newgrounds art portal has a quality-control system known as scouting. Until you upload 4 pieces of art and have your work approved by an another approved artist on the site, your art can only be viewed by other users by going to your userpage or the "unscouted art" portion of the art portal. Just upload good art regularly and you'll hopefully get scouted in no time.
